Dry Cracked Cuticles – This Is One Reason Why

So we all know what is currently going on in the world, but dry cracked cuticles are not something that is new…

These occur quite often during the winter months, but are also frequent throughout the year…

If this blog has caught your eye, then it’s because you want to know why it occurs and also how to solve it

It’s not just because dry cracked cuticles look unattractive, they also make your manicure less than great AND they can be painful!

Washing your hands is good for general health and hygiene, but the over use of antibacterial hand wash and antibacterial hand gel – can lead to quite substantial dehydration of the hands and cuticles…

I am certainly not suggesting that we stop washing our hands or that we do not use antibacterial gels – but when at home and not needing them as frequently – I urge you to moisturise!

It is the alcohol content within these antibacterial soaps and gels, that cause the dehydration…

When you can, you must replenish that moisture that you have lost…

But using moisturiser is not the only thing you need to do – cuticle care is far more complex

Your cuticles will directly alter how good the condition of your nails will be…

By caring and nourishing the cuticles, your nails will grow and be more healthy…

This is true whether you have artificial nails on, go to the salon or just do your nails at home…

Which is why I have created a free Cuticle Care Video Course…

Teaching you step by step, the things you must do AND CAN DO AT HOME to get great cuticles…

You can sign up to this FREE COURSE over here – CUTICLE CARE COURSE
